I wasn’t always confident. For years, I struggled with food, blamed others for where I was, and avoided responsibility. I wanted abs. I wanted confidence. But I didn’t have the tools or discipline to get there. Deep down, I felt like I was never enough. Everything changed when I stopped making excuses and committed to doing the work.

What started as my personal mission to overcome pain, build confidence, and rise from hardship has evolved into U-Forged: a complete coaching system designed to help others do the same — through fitness, mindset, and lifestyle.

I coach driven professionals who want to get lean, strong, and move pain-free — without falling off track, burning out, or guessing what to do next.
